First time visit to Key Dental after 30+ years of having the now retired Dr Locascio take care of my teeth. For me it is tough seeing a new dentist especially when I have a cracked tooth
I am happy to report Dr Gotta provided me with options to repair my tooth without subjecting me to the pain I was expecting. His staff was friendly and accommodating.
In addition to Dr Bobs former patients I would highly recommend Key Dental for young families looking for a long term dental care.

I had been going to Dr. Bob for 21 years ?, so when I received the letter of his retirement I was happy for him but nervous for me because of my dental anxiety. I was due for my cleaning and X-rays this past week and knew I was going to see Dr. Matt Gotta, who will be taking over Dr. Bob’s patients. Needless to say I was nervous. But just as the last 40+ visits the wonderful staff at Dr. Bob’s office made me feel at ease. Even meeting me at the office door with my box of Kleenex. Then I met Dr. Matt who made me also feel at ease and was excepting to do my cleanings. I know it will be hard to not see Dr. Bob every 6 months, but I feel comfortable with Dr. Matt and the staff at “1606” that they will take good care of me in his absence. Highly recommended for your dental needs.

I had uncertainty about having a new dentist after 15 years of good dental care from Dr Bob. After recently having a crown replacement with Dr. Gotta I felt confident during the process along with his professional and friendly personality.

Always I enjoy my visit with you guys, but I still do not like the Novocain!
I would also like to thank you again for all of the dental cleaning products that you gave to me for Operation Airlift. These will be sent to our troops stationed overseas! Thank you, thank you!!

Kudos to Dr. Gotta, Alexa (hygienist) , JoAnne (assistant), and Eileen (front desk) for a very friendly and thorough visit. A great deal of attention was given unlike I have ever experienced at any other dental office and the office was filled with an air of positivity. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Dr Koller has been my dentist for over 20 year. He does fantastic work and is extremely knowledgeable.

Our family has been going to Doctor Bob for over 15 years. I cannot imagine switching to someone else. Doctor Bob and his hygienists and staff have been wonderful in every aspect of our dental care and more.
They are all very friendly and and yet 100% concerned with safety. We never worry about COVID-19 when we go to them; they have it figured out.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have visited Dr. Bob for 20+ years, and he is the best dentist in the Chicago area. His office is family-friendly, and all of my family members drive almost an hour just to see him for appointments. He has never pushed extra procedures on me for purely cosmetic reasons, and he is honest about what needs to be done to keep my teeth healthy. He is meticulous and observant. He has always caught my cavities before they become major problems, and his focus is on preventive care. His appointment schedule runs on time and his team is skilled and professional. Above all, Dr. Bob is genuinely interested in getting to know his patients and cultivating long-lasting relationships with them. He has a great sense of humor and a heart for other people. Dental appointments have never been my favorite, but Dr. Bob makes the experience comfortable and restorative.

Dr. Bob has been my dentist for over 15 years and my husband now sees him as well. He is caring, kind, and funny, and makes what can sometimes be an unpleasant visit (cavity fillings, etc.) as pleasant as possible. His team of hygienists and front desk staff are great, too.

I’ve especially loved that over the years he has sent encouraging notes to me during different seasons of life. He’s quick to celebrate milestones like marriage and babies or to thank us for recommending others to his practice. Such a personal touch from a great dentist! We love Dr. Bob!

I have been going to Dr Bob for 25 years, and heartily recommend him and everyone at his practice. They are professional, efficient and Dr Bob is the best dentist I've ever known. Always takes great care and explains what he's doing. His work is top-notch.

Our family of five has been going to Dr. Bob since 1995. His preventative and restorative approach has provided our family excellent dental care. Dr. Bob’s staff has always been warm, friendly, and accommodating to help meet a busy family’s needs. I don't give 5 stars often but in this case do so gladly. Doctor Bob is a wonderful person and makes you feel totally comfortable. More importantly is he is an excellent dentist. He only performs work needed. His office runs smoothly. Appointments are on time. Staff is friendly and proficient. My hygienist, Jennifer does a great job also. I always recommend Dr. Bob to people looking for a dentist in the northwest suburbs.

Dr. Bob has been our family dentist for years. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. As busy parents of five kids, we appreciate that appointments run on time! He has worked on all sorts of issues from sports injuries to repairing chips in teeth. He and his staff keep our family healthy and smiling bright!

Dr. Bob is very knowledgeable, skilled, and has a great chair-side manner. His whole office and assistant team are friendly and great at what they do. I'm one of those people that has never liked going to the dentist, so if you are searching for a good experience with a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Bob and his team.

We have been patients of Dr. Bob for over 20 years and continue to be so although moving over 40 miles away. We would not think of going elsewhere. With his expertise we trust him to always make the best decisions for our family's dental health. His demeanor and humor always put us at ease. The entire staff is very personable and welcoming.

Dr. Bob’s office is one of the few places I visit where I leave feeling better than when I arrived both physically and emotionally. The entire staff is eminently competent, compassionate and truly skilled at treating the whole person.

My mouth loves the new-to-me method of cleaning that seems akin to power washing. Stephanie has taken me on this adventure twice now. Being a person that feels quite vulnerable in a dental chair, I can’t say enough about how kind, gentle, and nonjudgmental she is. She is great at what she does, and that makes me feel at ease.

Dr. Bob is an excellent Dentist that services all members of our family. The office is personable, caring, and kind; a 100% family oriented practice. I have been seeing Dr. Bob for 15+ years and will continue to see them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Locascio for over 25 years! He is professional, courteous, and on time. He is very patient and ensure's that I am not in any discomfort etc (I can be a baby at times). My kids (which are now adults) have been seeing him as well and will continue to as he does an excellent job in taking care of us and our teeth!
